Q's Yummy Hot Chicken Ltd., a rapidly expanding and innovative food service company in Trinidad and Tobago, is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain modern commercial kitchen appliances imported from China
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues
- Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely
- Train local staff in proper use and maintenance of equipment
Requirements:
- Technical certification or extensive experience with commercial appliances
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Experience working with imported or industrial-grade equipment
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT (ALL POSITIONS):
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Chinese fluently
