AUTHENTIC CHINESE CUISINE CHEFS

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop authentic Chinese dishes for menu expansion
• Introduce new recipes and traditional cooking techniques
• Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
• Train and mentor local kitchen staff

Requirements:

• Proven experience in authentic Chinese cuisine
• Strong knowledge of traditional ingredients and cooking methods
• Ability to innovate while maintaining authenticity

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT (ALL POSITIONS):

• Must be able to read, write, and speak Chinese fluently
