• CHEF OF CHINESE AND HONG KONG STYLE CUISINES
Applicants must possess at least 5 years' working experience within a kitchen environment
Applicants must have a Cooking or Chinese Chef Certificate
Applicants must have experience in the preparation of Chinese and Hong Kong style cuisines
Knowledge of Chinese and West Asian herbs and spices a plus
Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
